But, I prefer to really help leaders with all the support needed to better make successful leadership transitions.

So, last week, I launched a new group coaching programme called LEAP: The Leadership Transition Adventure. It’s an open, *ONLINE* 4-week leadership transition group coaching programme with limited seats.

This programme is suitable for you, who really want to improve and accelerate your leadership transition and connect and learn from like-minded peers of leaders from different other organizations.

With LEAP, the intention has been to design an impactful and recurrent group coaching space running over 4 weeks, where we will focus on you as an individual leader in transition in the group. We’ll incorporate Action Learning Sets (ALS) and Balint-style group coaching, built to support your personal leadership transition.

ALS is a process to work on real-life work problems, in this case leadership transition challenges and for you to come away with a set of realistic actions to help you solve or further understand the challenges.

Balint groups are focused on real cases presented by each of you in the group to discuss and draw actions from.

Group Coaching focuses on developing individuals through peer and collective exploration, creating deeper connections and actionable, long-term development.

So, unlike Team Coaching where the focus is on helping the whole team improve their collective performance and how they work together, group coaching focuses on developing you as an individual in the group of peers by creating a psychologically safe and adventurous space of group dynamics and group processes where you can learn from your peers from other organizations and/or companies.

That among others involves peer coaching and reflection.
