Founded in 2022, this academy, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, aims to inspire a better life — a life rooted in sustainable performance, personal well-being, development, and positive change.

I’m an ICF, EMCC Accredited Coach & Leadership Development Facilitator, dedicated to helping you achieve healthy high performance, well-being and reach your full potential.

I coach and develop transitioning leaders, teams and high-potential professionals to navigate critical moments of change—whether stepping into new leadership or specialist roles, moving through career transitions, or building high-performing, engaged teams.

My qualifications as a Coach include an Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching, recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF Level 2), the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and the Association for Coaching (AC).

I am credentialed by ICF as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level.

With over 20 years of experience from military leadership (Danish Army & Navy), entrepreneurial success and diverse corporate roles and international HR leadership, I’ve helped leaders at global companies like A.P. Moller - Maersk, Novonesis, Nordea and start-ups elevate their leadership, becoming more effective and thriving.

My transformational journey:

One of my most transformative experiences was completing the 250 km Marathon Des Sables—a seven-day race across the Moroccan Sahara. Known as one of the toughest foot races on Earth, it tested my perseverance, self-leadership and the power of teamwork.

One time, I withdrew from the race because I cramped in both my legs on the first stage due to the heat. I was really scared and began to doubt myself and my motivation

These lessons in endurance, resilience, and teamwork shape my approach to coaching and building diverse and thriving teams.

They help me coach clients through their own challenges, fostering growth and well-being.

My approach:

I design and facilitate high-impact leadership and team development programs and coach globally.

My coaching style co-creates safe, enjoyable spaces for reflection, challenging perspectives and achieving extraordinary growth and results.

I offer 1:1, group and team coaching, a partnership that can be both serious and light-hearted, embracing laughter as part of the transformation process.
