This is Christian Madsen and I founded this academy back in 2022.

I am a Leadership Trainer, Facilitator and ICF, EMCC Accredited Coach and passionate explorer of human potential.

I help leaders and teams create the conditions for successful transitions, better performance and well-being.

I design and facilitate impactful development experiences that help leaders and teams navigate through critical transitions—whether stepping into new leadership or specialist roles, leading through organisational change or building high-performing, engaged teams.

My qualifications as a Coach include an Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching, recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF Level 2), the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and the Association for Coaching (AC).

I am credentialed by ICF as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level.

With over 20 years of experience from the Armed Forces (Danish Army & Navy), international organisations and complex matrix environments, I’ve partnered with leaders at global companies like A.P. Moller - Maersk, Novonesis, Nordea, LEO Pharma and fast-growing start-ups to elevate their leadership, build thriving teams and drive impact.

My transformational journey:

I've always been fascinated by what people are capable of under demanding conditions.

That curiosity has taken me from military leadership to international organisations, across the scorching Sahara—and now to archaeology.

Some of my most defining experiences? My three finishes of the 250 km Marathon Des Sables across the Sahara—a seven-day ultra-race that tested every ounce of self-leadership, perseverance and collaboration under pressure.

These experiences have deepened my understanding of leadership, resilience and human potential.

My approach:

I co-create safe and fun spaces where people can think differently, learn together and have honest conversations.

My work blends coaching, facilitation and experiential learning to build trust , shift perspectives and create lasting change. And yes—we are also playful and laugh along the way to make learning stick.
